Pricing & Fees
porter.com.pk operates a transparent commission model. We charge a platform fee to maintain checkout and payment processing, onboarding and trust checks, dispute resolution, customer support, and platform infrastructure.
Platform Commission
We charge a 19% platform fee (including VAT) on the total task value. This fee is deducted from the Porter’s earnings.

Checkout payments
Checkout records linked to your task, with processing handled through our payment flows.
Verification & Trust
Identity checks, compliance processes, and fraud monitoring systems.
Support & Disputes
Professional support, structured dispute resolution, and case handling.
Customer Fees
Customers are shown the full task price before confirming a booking. There are no hidden platform markups added after checkout.
Porter Payouts
The 19% commission is automatically deducted from the task value before payout. The remaining amount is credited to the Porter wallet.

Future Changes
