We take fraud prevention seriously to protect customers, Porters, and the integrity of the Porter platform.
What we prohibit
Account takeovers, fake identities, payment abuse, chargeback scams, collusion, and manipulation of reviews or ratings.
What we do
We use verification, monitoring, dispute checks, and platform enforcement actions where suspicious behaviour is detected.
Reporting
If you suspect fraud or scams, report it immediately through Support.
Important: Never share passwords or verification codes. We will never ask for your password.
